RED AND TRAINING CC (2006/109972/23) (Resource, Empowerment, Development and Training) ( RED&T ), is a private Closed Corporation, owned 100% by women.

Regional offices are situated in Olifantshoek ( Northern Cape ) and Bloemfontein ( Free State ).

The business was registered in 2006. The members of the CC and their associates have more than 60 years' combined expertise and experience in training, finances and corporate affairs. Associated companies assist RED&T with any human resources or logistical support that might be needed.

Our company was established to provide for the need in communities to develop and enhance skills to make community members more employable or to empower them for lifelong learning, and to make them self-sustaining by developing entrepreneurial skills.

Our company's guiding principles are:
